Hello, Friends, I am Markus, formerly known as that guy who popped up at every karaoke venue in Southern CT, and currently known as DJ Heartbeat. I have been a performer in some capacity from the age of 6, classically trained as well as trained on the stage. I went to music high school and whittled my way backstage of every high school production until someone finally let me participate. As an adult, I've been a karaoke nutcase since I was able to attend bars. I believe that heartbeats are the driving rhythm of life. I believe if you are able to speak, you are able to sing. I believe if you have a body, you can dance. And most of all, I believe music can save the soul. Oh.... and I also think scallops are the marshmallows of the sea.
